A handful of notes about former reviews. There is currently a hose outside in order to wash off sand (but no mat at top of stairs), along with the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.
This is a fantastic container to travel with. The rolling paper maintains its strong form throughout your entire smoking session, the crutch does not bend or stick. A+ overall external packaging and joint packaging.

The assets is as advertised - nothing fancy towards the house but amazing location on the beach. No, the house is not really full in the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of home for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not loads of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.

The main complaint that I have with the home could be the sliding glass doorways. Most, Otherwise all, of these really need to generally be replaced. The door which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area on the rear deck) is extremely challenging to open.

I’m a big male and it took equally hands to open. My wife was hardly capable of open it whatsoever. A smaller or elderly human being will not manage to open the doorway(SAFETY Difficulty)!
